• Stone: Moissanite, Sapphire, or a gem of your choice
• Metal: 925 Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K Gold, or Platinum
• Gold Color: White, Yellow, or Rose
• Design: Share your sketch or photo—we'll create a CAD design for approval before production.
↭ Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns in case of a manufacturing defect.
• Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We cannot accept returns for:
– Change of mind
– Custom or made-to-order items
– Incorrect size provided by customer
↭ Engraving Services
• Personalized engraving is available for an additional charge.
• Please confirm engraving details before your order is shipped.
↭ Address Changes
• Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.
• Contact us before dispatch if any correction is needed.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

• All custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Buyer approves final design before production.

• Within 3 hours of purchase: Full refund
• Within 48 hours of design work: 20% fee
• During production: 25% fee
• After completion: 35% fee
